2026 Dues Call

The budget and the dues call were discussed at our annual homeowner meeting.
Homeowners voted and ratified this amount.
Due Date: July 17th, 2026
Any dues paid beyond this date will be subject to a 10% fee of $17.

Our preferred method of payment is through our secure store which is integrated with our HOA management system:

stilsonhighlandsdues.cheddarup.com

Note: ACH payments are lower cost as they are a small flat fee (.95c), while credit cards are a percentage (~3.97% = ~$7).

We will also accept checks for those who prefer not to use online pay.

Make checks out to Stilson Highlands II Civic Association
Do not forget to ensure correct house number and street are displayed on the check so that we know what residence to apply the payment to.
