2025 Dues Call

The budget and the dues call were discussed at our annual homeowner meeting.
Homeowners voted and ratified this amount.

We have a new process for paying this year.
We are no longer accepting PayPal or Zelle to reduce errors and fees.

Our preferred method of payment is through our new secure store which is integrated with our HOA management system:

Note: ACH payments are lower cost as they are a small flat fee, while credit cards are a percentage.

We will also accept checks for those who prefer not to use online pay.

Make checks out to Stilson Highlands II Civic Association
Do not forget to include house number and street so that we know what residence to apply the payment to.
